Apple’s HomePod Speaker May Feature Stunning Square OLED Display

The Apple’s HomePod Speaker is expected to launch next year, featuring a large touch screen with a 6-inch to 7-inch OLED display supplied

by the Tianma firm in China. Leaked reports suggest that Tianma will not only provide display panels for the HomePod speaker but also for Apple’s iPads in the coming years.

Tianma is a an electronic company in China well known in the manufacture of smartphone display screens. The anticipated HomePod speaker could run by an A18 chipset equipped with Apple Intelligence (AI). Imagine a HomePod that’s more than just a speaker, it’s a sassy little butler with a sense of style. Picture this: its lock screen is a customizable runway, flaunting clock faces so chic they’d make your wristwatch blush. Now add an in-built camera, not for selfies, but to transform your living room into a FaceTime conference hub. Oh, and here’s the kicker, the camera doesn’t just watch; it understands. Wave your hand, and it’s like, “Got it, boss,” adjusting settings or pausing your playlist with the enthusiasm of a hyper-efficient mime. It’s basically a smart speaker with flair, ready to steal the spotlight in your home.

Apple’s HomePod speaker is expected to be unveiled in the first half of 2025 due to continuing improvements in software for the smart speaker.
