Meta said, “In-stream Ads can play before, during or after on-demand videos, whether it’s pre-recorded content or when publishing a recording of a previous live stream. Types of In-stream Ads include Pre-roll Ads (which play before a video starts), Mid-roll Ads (which play during videos), Image Ads (static image ads that display beneath the content) and Post-roll Ads (ads which appear at the end of videos)”. The content creators will be paid based on original Reels content entertaining fans.
Essential Tips for Earning Money from Facebook Meta in Kenya

Discover new ways to grow your audience with Eligible minutes viewed in the last 60 days, you needed a total of 600,000 on-demand, live and previously live minutes viewed, including replayed minutes, but not including boosted, cross-posted or paid watch time. Eligible live minutes viewed should be at least 60,000 minutes of the 600,000 total eligible minutes viewed in the last 60 days must be live videos. While Active videos must have at least five videos published on your Page, including at least three previously live videos, that are active and created by you.
