Another option is, if you are subscribed to ISP like zuku, you can be able to request their invoice in pdf format. Download and update the document detail to match the PayPal address details.
To succeed in this, make sure that any upload shows the whole document clearly, with no blur, glare, or shadows. they can’t accept documents if any part is covered, blocked, or missing. All 4 corners must be visible.
