Noland Arbaugh, the 29-year-old patient was the first human to undergo chip brain implant after he was involved in an accident. Arbaugh could believe what the whole process could bring change to his.
In an exclusive interview, Arbaugh narrated that he can control computer cursor using a Neuralink device and play games.
“I had basically given up playing that game,” Arbaugh said, “Neuralink gave me the ability to do that again and played for 8 hours straight.”
Revealing about Neuralink Technology experience, Arbaugh said that “it is not perfect” and they “have run into some issues.”
“I don’t want people to think that this is the end of the journey, there’s still a lot of work to be done, but it has already changed my life,” he added.
He further clarified that New Technology innovation and Research has paved way for paralyzed persons. ”I knew that if I did this then it would take a lot of headache and heartache away from the people down the road,” he added.
Since the new technology is still at early stage, the former program Director Kip Ludwig is optimistic to maximize the amount of information for control.
