Mozilla has launched Firefox 151 with three major improvements for desktop and mobile users. The update now lets users choose VPN server locations with the built-in free VPN, gives more AI control options on Android and iPhone, and adds a one-click button to quickly reset Private Browsing sessions. Now Lets See The Top 3 New Features Introduced in Firefox 151
Firefox Now Lets Users Select VPN Server Locations
Mozilla now allows Firefox users to choose VPN locations in the US, UK, France, Germany, and Canada using its free built-in VPN. Firefox automatically picks the nearest location, but users can switch anytime. Mozilla also confirmed that more VPN regions are coming soon, and over one million people have already signed up for the service since launch.
Firefox Expands AI Controls on Android and iPhone
Mozilla has expanded Firefox AI controls to Android and iPhone users. The new mobile features include translation tools, voice search, and “Shake to Summarize,” which quickly summarizes a webpage when the phone is shaken. Users can change AI settings anytime, and more language support is expected in future updates.
Firefox Adds One-Click Private Browsing Reset
Mozilla has added a new one-click reset button for Firefox Private Browsing. The feature quickly clears browsing history, cookies, and session data without restarting the browser. Firefox Nightly is also testing a redesigned settings page with simpler navigation, improved organization, and a built-in search tool to help users find settings faster.
