Google is testing an innovative AI-driven feature called “Daily Listen” which is designed to deliver an interesting 5 minutes audio digest of stories and topics which are more of user’s specific interests. Lets dive into Daily Listen AI Feature
Daily Listen goes beyond audio by offering an AI-generated transcript of the overview, complete with eye-catching cover art to enhance users’ engagement. According to Google, the AI generated content is based on the users discover feeds and their recent searches.
This feature is available to Android and iOS users in the U.S.
How To Activate Daily Listen
To activate it, simply head to the Search Labs section in the Google app by tapping the triangular beaker icon in the top-left corner.
Once you activate, you’ll spot the “Daily Listen” card labeled “Made for you” in the Space carousel beneath the Google Search bar the very next day. Tap the card, and you’ll see a full-screen player where you can enjoy your personalized audio updates and share your thoughts with a simple thumbs up or down.
